The game is dated, few, if any updates, and frequent lags. Customer support is non-existent and takes forever to get game back on track. Overall, not worth the time or effort and new players would feel like they walked into a wasteland.

This game has horrible support. It lags so much no one cant play. Check your network, data-error, or cant connect to server is all I see. Dont even waste your time downloading. Keep browsing. This game isnt worth it. If I could give zero stars I would...

This used to a a fun game. Now every few weeks there is such a server lag that your connection times out and it takes 10x the amount of time to do anything. To top it off, the only time they address concerns is when everyone is locked out for days on end and they give you 50 coins. Fix the game if you want users! Let us know what youre doing to fix it instead of an apology and coins!

Great game that I use to have on my iPod a while back, good to play again. Use my referral name Phlight and reach lvl 3 so we both gain prestige!!!

I really do love this game, its very pay to win. However you dont need to pay to play. Its a great game to either be competitive and go all out. Or just to pass the time and see how far you go.

I bought the medium package 2 ($19.99) yesterday and I have yet to receive any coins. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and how I have yet to receive anything. Please fix this or give me my money back!

They cant seem to get there lag issues permanently fixed. Dont bother with this game, it will just frustrate you.

It should be rated for adults only because of language used by a lot of the players. It is not supported properly because they have other games they spend their time on. It was a fairly good game but cheaters and bots have ruined it.

While this game may have once been a leader in the mobile app MMO genre, its graphics, layout, and mechanics are now dated. Most players and publisher support have moved on to greener pastures. The current "game" is so plagued by connectivity issues that completing simple tasks are now next-to-impossible and frustrating. In the past, periods of connectivity issues resulted in a fix, an apology from admin, and an consolatory gift of in-game coins or resources to make up for the inconvenience. Nowadays, there are no fixes, lag is the norm, there is no communication or consolation from admin, and there is absolutely no reason to download this app. To have this app still listed in the App Store, even as a free item, is ridiculous given the indifference the developers have shown to its users.

The app support is terrible!!!! They have let go of this game pretty bad! 135 servers are outta the game because support is lazy! They should feel real bad for the people who bought in app purchases. Guess what... No refunds! They have a few servers left but thats it! Server 135 gone, server 134 gone! App support is once again lazy and crappy. I wrote that first part a year ago. I decided to check out the game again and its all i could do not to throw my phone at the lag. I am very mad about this because i still have like 30-45 accounts spread over all of the servers. Screw you haypi. Not just your support but haypi itself. If you make a game keep it up or take it down dont let it die. If i made a game and even one person wanted to play it i would be proud. Ik for a fact there is more than 500 people wanting to play the game but your lag is preventing people from having fun. I will come back in a few weeks again and update this review. Thanks haypi and please fix the lag. Thats my only complaint for now.

Its been a few years since I last played and, well, since that point not much has changed besides the fact that retrieve password is broken. I went to forums and the only real advice I found was by a random player saying just to wait for it to load and I clicked it, and fell asleep that night but when I woke up the next morning it was still giving me a white screen. Please fix this so I can access my original account and then you will get 5 stars
