This game use to be the best game on the market until support got busy creating new apps and stopped maintaining their already created apps. My team and myself have bought tons of coins over the years and still have tons left and now haypi lies saying that the issues are on ur end. An entire server writes support and everyone gets told to check their network. Best advise is for everyone to avoid haypi company all together. They get u hooked then rob u blind so they can create another app to do it to more people. Save your money and your time.

I enjoy war strategy games but most of them require you to pay real money to advance. Im lvl 19 never spent a dime!

Every time I start up the app since about a day ago, it says to check my network connection. I have restarted my iPad, my internet router, and redownloaded this app several times. Is there a server problem or is it just me?

Everytime you launch this game or log into a new account, it opens the Safari Browser and loads facebook webpage. Its bad enough you get a pop to facebook in the app before the hijacked safari web browser. I had to restrict Safari and now use Chrome to work around the Browser hijack. There is no option to turn facebook pop up off or Safari browser hijack off. It is maleware no other app i have used hijacks the Safari browser like this.

This is a very fun game. It is also addicting!

I am a sufferer of A.S. and this game is tailor made for me. I can engross myself on the intricate features of the game and can put the game down and interact with people around me.

Ive been playing this game for a few years now and Im pretty advanced in the game. I told my password to my alliance leader (We trust each other a lot!) and at that time i didnt have time to manage my account so i told him to help me do the usual (collect daily gifts, support troops, donate to alliance etc) ,and I didnt mention not changing the password because I didnt know you could change it. So I assume he changed it and now I have no idea how to get back my account and login. I can only retrieve password for haypi monsters, dragon etc but there is no such service for haypi kingdom on the forums. Im pretty sure I have linked my email to the account already and I have also linked my gamecentre to it. My IGN is Joel7050 and my alliance leaders IGN is Cajigas. I cant login to a new account since my account is already binded to the "start game" button. So Ive reinstalled the app, but I dont know which server I was on after all those server merges so I didnt know which server to switch to to find my account... So, Can any admins or someone help me get my account back somehow? Thanks!!

Its not a problem with my iPod or my software I have tried on multiple different devices. All of my money turned negative ex: -$228,562 and I cant do anything to play the game because I have nothing to sell to make it positive going on over 100 days of using daily gift to try to get it positive. I will fix my review to 5 stars as soon as negative money is patched.

I love this game so much. This and clash are my favorite games I have been playing since 2013 and I love this game. If u get bored then creat a new account and start again!

greed consumed this game, no money no fun

This game is about as generic as it gets, but the community brings the entire game down, especially for new players. In every mmo, you usually have that handful of troll players that will kick you every opportunity they get, but here? I had only found 3 players trying to help new players progress. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PLAYERS NEW TO THESE MMOS! Expect the trolling, hounding, and losing large chunks of hard earned resources.

Very addictive and fun game. I have spent a good deal of money on in app purchases and been playing for several years. Once haypi releases the second version of game(return of the king) the notification system has been down or disabled for 47days. I still continue to write letters and when I do get a response, it says they are looking into it. If you choose to start playing, realize you are downloading a broken app.

This used to be one of the most outstanding games you could get on your phone. Unfortunately, it has decayed into an unsupported, glitch- and cheat-filled ruin. This game is completely ignored by developers. You will have technical problems and they will not be solved. Do not download this game.

The Haypi Kingdom game servers (for s608 and s131 at least) as well as the Haypi Monster servers, also) have been down for almost 3 days now (extremely laggy with constant "cannot connect to game server" errors). This has become an all too regular phenomenon over the past few months to year. Multiple players contacted support about this current haypi server failure, only to receive a reply that the Haypi support staff is away and not responding to any messages from Feb 17-25, in observance of the Chinese New Year holidays. This is a game designed to require that players support their personal and team armies with a constant supply of resources, and remain vigilant for events such as mine attack... Which is simply impossible to do if the Haypi support team does not provide a stable server. We spend money to buy coins to rebuild alliance armies, but haypi kills the armies off with server failures and does not return the lost troops. I contacted Apple to ask that Apple enforce its standards for itunes apps, which, one would assume, includes providing reasonable efforts to keep servers running properly and reply to customer complaints when they do not. Apples reply: "Since the developer is not willing to warranty their product, it is highly recommended that you remove the application from any devices where it is installed, and discontinue use, as any further purchasing from this application may not be compensated by Apple in the future. You may also wish to submit any comments regarding this application on the any public forums, the developer website and the App Store review page." Done. Until haypi provides a stable server to support the game, what they are offering is faulty and fraudulent. It is not the game it used to be, and the current support team is showing no signs of caring to remedy or mitigate the problems. Any legitimate business that provides a service that people pay to play (by buying coins and investing significant amounts of time), should provide support to keep their servers functioning and the game fairly moderated. Instead, Haypi takes vacations and leaves the lights on and hopes they will still be on when they get back. Time to pull the Haypi plug. Apple should delete this app from the iTunes Store, since it cannot be played as designed when the developer provides no support.

After playing for a few years, it seems the company has decided to neglect the players. The remaining players cant play because of server issues. Being that this game produces revenue through advertisements and players buying advantage items like gold coins, I dont see this game lasting much longer with the lack of support the game creator is providing. Best advise is dont download and spend anytime trying to play. If you do start, its only a matter of time before more issues shut you down for a week or two.

When this game started it was great. But over the years of playing it Haypi got worse and worse. They made their money off of all us and dont care about fixing continuous problems time after time. From now on I will delete ALL Haypi Games and spread the word that Haypi just wants YOUR MONEY and then after numerous problems wont fix it in a timely matter. So then you lose your progress and money just to start over. So in regards to this game and any other Haypi game I urge you to be wise and not support these kind of game distributors. And lose your Hard earned money and Time. Please spread the word its us little guys fighting against the big corporate people. Thank you for your time reading this. 79M.

They dont bother to maintain this game any more. IT BARELY WORKS. It is basically abandoned.

Dont spend money on this game, in-game coins, and youll be better off because customer support is horrible. The game has too many glitches and when you lose troops to a glitch they will not replace what you lost, blaming the problem ALWAYS on your connection. Stay as far away from this game as you can.

Impossible to play. Lags constantly to the point where you cant play
