cannot log in for 3 days

Ive been active since s19 and still in the same alliance all this time later. Ive used thousands of coins, hundreds of hours and dollars on this game. Support is worse than ever. Any time Ive spoken with them it has seemed brief, cold, and unsatisfying. As of now, I have not gotten the game to load in three days. It crashes immediately. Fix your game, haypi. Hire some friendly staff. Give us a reason to keep playing. Draw some new players in. Do something. - Lubkin
